Funnely provides a platform that allows creators to build and publish sales funnel pages ("Funnels"). We host your pages, collect leads on your behalf, and display your Stripe or PayPal checkout links. We do not process payments on your behalf — all financial transactions happen directly between you and your customers via Stripe or PayPal.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You may only have one account per person.
Funnely charges a monthly subscription fee, processed via PayPal:
Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time through PayPal. We do not offer refunds for partial months, but if you contact us and the circumstances are reasonable, we will do our best to work something out. All prices are in USD.
We may grant free or discounted access to certain accounts at our sole discretion, including for testing, founding members, or partners. This access can be revoked at any time.
You retain full ownership of the content you upload or create on Funnely — including your funnel copy, images, and product files. By uploading content, you grant Funnely a limited licence to host and display it for the purpose of running your funnels. We will never sell or share your content with third parties.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice or refund.
Funnely is a hosting and lead-capture tool only. We are not a payment processor and we take 0% of your sales. Your customers pay you directly via Stripe or PayPal. You are solely responsible for your transactions, taxes, refunds, and compliance with payment processor terms.
We aim to keep Funnely available at all times, but we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We are not liable for any lost sales or business impact caused by downtime, bugs, or service interruptions. We will do our best to communicate planned maintenance in advance.
Funnely is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue, lost data, or lost business opportunities arising from your use of the platform.
You may cancel your account at any time. We may terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your funnels will be taken offline and your data may be deleted after 30 days.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be handled in South African courts, or resolved informally by contacting us first at @growwith_bianca on Threads.
