When visitors submit their email on your funnel pages, that data is stored in your Funnely account. You are the data controller for your customers' data. We process it on your behalf. You are responsible for having appropriate consent from your customers to collect and use their contact information in line with applicable laws (including POPIA in South Africa and GDPR where applicable).
We do not use your data for advertising. We do not sell your data to anyone. Ever.
Funnely uses only essential cookies required for authentication (your login session). We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or analytics cookies. No cookie consent banner is required.
All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. File uploads are stored in Supabase's secured object storage. We follow industry-standard security practices. However, no system is 100% secure — if you discover a security issue, please contact us immediately.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we begin deleting your data within 30 days. Anonymised, aggregate analytics data (total view counts, etc.) may be retained indefinitely as it contains no personal information.
Funnely is not intended for anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Funnely is operated from South Africa. Our infrastructure partners (Supabase, Netlify) may store data in servers located in the United States or European Union. By using Funnely, you consent to this. We ensure our providers maintain adequate security standards.
We may update this Privacy Policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
